For Franchise Brands

The Right Franchise.
The Right Candidate.
A Better MATCH.

Franchise brands work with Brian Braggs to connect with qualified ownership candidates through a structured, candidate-first evaluation process.

From experienced executives and operators to investors and transitioning military leaders, every potential introduction begins with one question: Is this genuinely the right match?

The Brian Braggs Approach

Quality Over Volume

Brian's goal is not to generate the largest number of introductions.

The goal is to identify candidates whose leadership experience, financial readiness, ownership objectives, market preferences, investment capacity and lifestyle goals warrant a serious conversation with the right franchise development team.

A referral relationship does not guarantee candidate introductions or recommendations. Franchise opportunities are considered based on genuine candidate-to-brand fit — not simply because a referral agreement exists.

Candidate audiences may include:

Experienced executives
Business operators
Investors
Entrepreneurs
Professionals considering ownership
Transitioning senior military leaders and veterans

Eligibility

Is Your Franchise Ready for Consideration?

We generally look for franchise systems with the following in place.

A current FDD
Clearly defined investment requirements
An established ideal franchisee profile
Available growth territories
A credible training and support model
Transparent franchisee economics
Professional franchise-development leadership
A defined candidate-registration process
Clearly established referral/consultant compensation

Emerging franchise concepts are welcome when the leadership team, operating experience, economics and franchisee-support infrastructure support serious consideration.
